Returns Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived, please let us know no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll look into the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at our expense.

Wrong Address: If a package is returned due to an insufficient address provided by you or your end customer, we will contact you for an updated address. Please note, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

Unclaimed Packages: Packages that are not claimed and returned to our facility will require a reshipment fee if you wish to have them sent out again.

Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges, except for customers in Brazil, who have 7 days to request a return for any reason. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods such as face masks cannot be returned. If you wish to accept returns or offer size exchanges for other reasons, you will need to cover the costs and place a new order for the exchanged item.
