After a year of exciting tournaments, and with the recent addition of 6 new civs, it’s time for the last Age of Empires IV event of the year. A tournament where only the best of the best can participate: EGC Finals 2023.

EGC Finals 2023 will be played on what most will call standard settings: Mostly land maps, Random map mode and standard resources. But there’s more to it:
First of all, the new civs and the new maps will add a complexity and diversity never seen in competitive Age of Empires IV before. In addition, now players will be able to ban more civilizations than before, meaning that competitors must have a backup strategy in case their map or civilization gets banned.

10 out of 12 players are already qualified, thanks to their performances all along the year in other AoE IV S-Tier tournaments: MarinelordD, Beasty, LucifroN7, 3D!Bee, VortiX, Wam01, 1Puppypaw, The Mista, LoueMT and RecoN have already a spot in the $25000 event.

The remaining 2 places will be defined the weekend of 25th and 26th November, in an incredible qualifier, starting at 15 GMT. Which two players will get the last spots? Find it out at  https://www.twitch.tv/egctv
